Mr. Mina in the reception was super professional and polite and made us feel good with our choice of hotel. The location is the best in Dubai. The balcony is incredible with the sea view. The swimming pool on the rooftop is so relaxing but you should choose the right time like the sunrise which was fabulous.

The location is spot on, literally a 1 minute walk to the West Palm Beach with all the restaurants and beach areas. We could go out during the day or evening without thinking about a taxi. Since we stayed for a week, staff became like friends and our room felt like home. It’s not your typical ‘large hotel vibe’ Hotel. It’s beautiful, spotless clean and ticks all the boxes, but there’s a warmth and welcoming atmosphere that runs through the entire hotel from staff to the actual building and decor.
